Online Payment of Nepal Telecom Bills:


Lumbini Bank is pleased to announce the online bill payment service of various utilities. Recently, the Bank has made arrangement with Nepal Telecom for payment of PSTN, ADSL and Mobile bills through the Bank´s channel. Payment can be made from Bank´s counters or Internet banking services as would be convenient to the customers. Account holders can make payments through Internet Banking or by giving standing instructions to the Bank while the non-account holders can also make payment from the counter of any of branches of the Bank.
Now you can make the payment of monthly bills of your PSTN, ADSL or mobile telephone without visiting the Nepal Telecom counters. Thus you can save your valuable time, manage the regular payment without delay and ensure regular service.
You can make the payment of following types of payments to Nepal Telecom:

  • Land Line (PSTN) Telephone Bill Payment
  • Post Paid (GSM) Mobile Bill Payment
  • ADSL Bill Payment
For payment of any of these services, you can choose any one of the following modes as would be convenient to you:

1. Internet Banking (i-Banking Service)

  If you have an account at any branch of Lumbini Bank Limited, you can obtain the Internet Banking service with Utility Bill Payment facility. Under this facility, you can make payment from anywhere, your home or office, wherever the Internet is available. You can go to the concerned module of the Internet Banking and follow appropriate process.
  From this service you can make the payment of Land Line (PSTN), Post Paid GSM Mobile Bill and ADSL Bills of Nepal Telecom.
  For taking Internet Banking service, please visit the Bank´s office and fill-up the form.

2. Standing Instruction:

  If you have an account at any branch of Lumbini Bank Limited, you can give the standing instruction to the Bank to make the payment of your PSTN, Post Paid Mobile and ADSL bill on monthly basis. After the standing instruction is received, Bank will check your telephone bills monthly and will make payment to Nepal Telecom by debiting your account. So you need not to care about your payment after it is undertaken by the Bank. However, since the PSTN bills cannot be made partially, you must maintain enough balance in your account for enabling the Bank to debit your account and effect the payment to Nepal Telecom.
  From this service you can make the payment of Land Line (PSTN), Post Paid GSM Mobile Bill and ADSL Bills of Nepal Telecom.
  For subscribing this service, please visit the Bank´s office where you have maintained account and give your application.

3. Lumbini Bank Counter:

  Even if you do not have an account at any branch of Lumbini Bank Limited, you can visit their nearest branch, fill out voucher for the payment of your telephone bills and make the payment. This is very simple process. You are only required to provide your telephone number and the desired amount to be paid, if you are paying in cash. If you are transferring from your account, you also have to provide your account number and authorized signature. You need not have to pay any charges for this service.
